Ken Cail & Jay Dawg
Ken Cail is celebrating his 40th year in New Hampshire radio. In those 40 years, Ken has done just about everything on the air including talk shows, news, playing the hits and calling the play by play of over 2,500 sporting events including every Manchester Monarchs hockey game from 2001-2017.
The Melrose, Massachusetts native has been honored for his work, twice being named New Hampshire Sportscaster of the Year in addition to numerous awards for his hockey, football and basketball play by play.
"Cail and Company" is now approaching 1,200 shows. During show number 500 in 2015, Ken was surprised by a congratulatory call from Donald Trump. A call orchestrated by Neil Levesque, Executive Director of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at St. Anselm College.
Ken has two daughters, Amanda, a high school biology teacher in Massachusetts and, Melissa, an education specialist for NBC Learn, a division of NBC News. He's also very proud of his two grandchildren, Philip and Lena.
Born, raised and living in the capital city of Concord all of his life, Jason 'Jay Dawg' Arsenault has been in radio since January 2001, at the behest of his reading teacher at Concord High School. What started as just producing college and high school games and NASCAR races a couple days a week, it soon became clear that Arsenault had a talented voice to bring on the air. So, along with producing pro and college sports in the mid-2000's, came newscasts and sportscasts that impressed many to the point of no longer working just two to three days a week, but everyday! From pet shows to sports shows and food shows, Dawg was, and still continues to be in demand as a producer and on-air talent!
