NASHUA — The YMCA of Greater Nashua is looking to expand its fitness programs with a second-story addition.
The YMCA, located on 24 Stadium Drive, wants to construct a 5,400-square-foot second-story addition over the existing child care facility, according to The Telegraph.
City code requires that nine more parking spaces are added in order to build the addition, but the YMCA is asking city planners for this to be waived as the facility already has 680 parking spots.
City planners will take up the proposal at their Sept. 8 meeting.
