The World Health Organization is holding an emergency meeting today on the Zika virus outbreak.

Carried by mosquitoes, the disease has been spreading quickly through the Americas.

The WHO warns there could be as many as 4 million new infections this year.

The Zika virus is responsible for birth defects, and there's been massive outbreaks in Latin and South America.

There's currently no treatment for it.
