Woman involved in attempted robbery of Manchester woman, 65, who shot attacker turns self in


MANCHESTER - 21-year-old Julie Lambert, one of the suspects from last week’s attempted robbery on South Porter Street, turned herself in to Bedford Police over the weekend.

Lambert is one of three suspects who have been arrested in connection to the attempted robbery thus far.

The attempted robbery ended with an assailant - Michael Bontaites, 23 -being shot by a 65-year-old woman.

Police say a fourth suspect, Amanda Gurley, is still at large.

Gurley is described as 5’1, 115 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Both women are currently homeless and have no known address.
