Woman charged in May 20 hit-and-run of Nashua Police cruiser


NASHUA - Police arrested a woman they believe hit a police cruiser with her car and then bolted from the scene May 20.

Rosy De La Cruz was arrested Sunday and charged with conduct after an accident, false report of an accident and a violation of the state's Move Over Law.

Police said the car she was driving struck the cruiser May 20 while an officer was doing a traffic stop on Greenbriar Terrace. The officer was not injured in the accident.
