Woman catches boyfriend with prostitute in Hooksett, both arrested


HOOKSETT - A couple is under arrest after the woman found her boyfriend in an alley next to a motel engaging in a lewd act with a prostitute.

Donna Dupont, 48, allegedly attacked her boyfriend David Bougie, 41, after finding him with the prostitute outside the Firebird Motel. Police said Dupont struck Dougle several times in the face. Police said she then turned and struck a witness.

Police responded and both Dupont and Bougie were uncooperative and appeared to be intoxicated. Dupont was told by police she was being arrested for disorderly conduct but she continued to resist arrest. A brief struggle ensued and she sustained an injury to her mouth and face. She was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, simple assault, and domestic assault.

Bougie was also uncooperative and refused to give his name, police said. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing government administration and protective custody. Police later learned he had four bench warrants with over $3,600 in cash bail required. He refused to be bail.

Both are expected to be arraigned Friday.
