MANCHESTER - A crash involving a parked turned into DUI, drug, and child endangerment charges for a Manchester woman.
Police said Rebecca Ricard 34, drove into a parked car Friday night on Union Street.
She had an 11-year-old family member in the passenger seat.
Ricard was arrested for aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and endangering the welfare of child.
She was also found with .9 grams of heroin, 7.2 grams of marijuana and 3.5 Oxycodone pills leading to being charged with 3 counts of possession of a controlled drug.
The 11-year-old was placed with a relative.
There were no injuries.
