WMUR reporter Audrey Cox pleads not guilty to drunk driving charges

BRENTWOOD – A WMUR reporter pleaded not guilty Friday to charges she struck an elderly Hampton woman while she was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.

Audrey Cox, 52, is facing two counts of aggravated driving or operating under the influence of liquor and one count of reckless conduct.

According to Seacoast Online, Cox waived her arraignment at Rockingham Superior Court and entered her plea through her attorney.

A trial date has not been set yet.

Cox was arrested in September when police responded to Ocean Boulevard after a report that a woman had been struck by a vehicle.
