A WMUR reporter has been found not guilty on all charges after a crash that left a woman injured.
Audrey Cox was accused of hitting and injuring an elderly woman while driving under the influence.
The incident occurred on Ocean Boulevard in September 2015.
Sandra Dary, 79, said she was looking for a key while out walking her dog.
A Hampton police officer testified Cox failed field sobriety tests and denied a breath test.
However during testimony on Tuesday Dary said she didn't think she was drunk.
“I can't say that I could ever think that she was drunk,” Dary said.
Cox has been on leave pending the outcome of the trial.
