Winter Storm Warning for NH from Wednesday AM into early Thursday

NH1 Chief Meteorologist -

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm WARNING in effect from Wednesday 10 a.m. through Thursday at 7 a.m. for the entire Granite State with the exception of Coos County which is under a Winter Weather Advisory.

This is for the potential of heavy wet snow accumulation, with a trace of ice. Most of the snow looks to accumulate Wednesday PM when it could be heavy at times. Travel conditions will be treacherous Wednesday PM and travel is highly discouraged once we get to the noon hour. If you haven't reached your destination at that point, wait until Thursday Morning to travel. Stay safe everyone!
