Winter Storm could bring messy Monday commute

The majority of the Granite State is under a Winter Storm Warning for snow accumulations of six inches or more until Monday evening.

In the pre-dawn hours come Monday, snow will make its way to the Granite State.

This storm is all about timing as it will begin in the early morning hours come Monday and continue to snow right through rush hour. Give yourself plenty of time to travel as wind gusts could be up to 40 miles per hour. Not to mention, with snow the consistency as a light powder, visibility could slow travel conditions.

Snow looks like it begins to taper by the early evening hours and then coming to a stop by early Tuesday morning. Snow totals for this system don't look nearly as high as the blizzard brought early last week, however, with gusty winds and the chance at totals in the double digits do be careful on the roadways.
