WATCH: Sting honors slain NH journalist James Foley at ASCAP cafe


SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - Award-winning musician Gordon Sumner – better known as “Sting” – performed at the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers Café on Saturday, Jan. 23.

According to KUTV.com, the performance promoted a newly released documentary about fallen journalist James Foley on HBO entitled “Jim: The James Foley Story.” Sting co-wrote a song for the documentary called “Empty Chair.” Foley was from New Hampshire and graduated in 1992 from Kingswood Regional High School in Wolfeboro.

He was killed by IS terrorists in 2014.
