WATCH: NH1's Charlie Sherman, LNH's Nazzy take orders to celebrate Concord McDonald's historic anniversary

CONCORD – It was a special day at the McDonald’s restaurant on Loudon Road as they celebrated their 45th anniversary.

And NH1 News and LNH radio was there to celebrate with the employees and customers.

NH1’s Charlie Sherman and LNH’s Nazzy greeted customers and even tried their hand at the drive-up window.

As one of the oldest McDonald’s, when the Concord location opened, there were only 1,500 McDonald’s in the country and the restaurant’s founder, Ray Kroc, was on hand to cut the ribbon.
