CONCORD - An argument outside a Trump rally pitted an angry Trump supporter against young college student carrying a sign that said "Trump's dream is King's nightmare" on Martin Luther King. Jr. Day.
The argument about Muslims was recorded by cell phone and shows the Trump supporter shouting at the young man - a student from Connecticut who attends Bates College - outside Concord High School on Monday.
"In all religions, there are good people," Kiernan Majerus-Collins tries to persuade him.
"Get your head out of your a**. If you're a Muslim, you follow Satan," the Trump supporter shouts back.
State Rep. Al Baldassaro attempted to intervene, trying to explain that man is talking about radicalized Muslims, but the Trump supporter disagrees with that assessment.
"You know what a moderate Muslim is? A moderate Muslim is a person who stands by the side when somebody chops somebody else's head off and doesn't do anything."
Kiernan Majerus-Collins has engaged with Trump supporters in the past, and got kicked out of an event in Lowell, Mass. on Jan. 4.
According to the Hartford Courant, Majerus-Collins and a friend had signs ripped out of their hands and were asked to leave the event after a confrontation there.
Majerus-Collins is a member of the West Hartford Conn. Democratic Town Committee.
