Vigil held in Hooksett to remember victims of Orlando nightclub shootings

HOOKSETT - An intimate gathering in Hooksett Monday to remember the victims in the Orlando terror attacks. Robert Cook, owner of the hair salon, AJ's Wigs says the attack against the LGBTQ community really hit home for him and he wanted to be able to honor the victims.

"I’ve been with my partner for 23 years," Cook says. "When I saw that these victims were young people, it gets to you after a while. These young people aren't going to be able to be blessed like my partner and I to own a business and live a full life."

Several other vigils are planned statewide.
