Victim turns in Nashua man for allegedly soliciting sex from child under 16

NASHUA — A Nashua man was arrested for soliciting sex to a juvenile under the age of 16 from November 1.

Timothy Millard, 23, was reported by the victim for attempting to convince the teen into engaging in sexual conduct, according to police.

The victim and Millard are known to one another.

Following an investigation, Millard was arrested on Wednesday and was charged with endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, a felony. He is scheduled to be arraigned at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on January 25, 2017. Millard could face up to seven years in State Prison for his charges, exclusive of fines.
