US Marshals Service seeking fugitive couple last seen in Concord
CONCORD - The U.S. Marshal Service is searching for two fugitives, a man and woman, who are believed to be on the run together.
Nikolas Carr, 21, is wanted for failure to appear in court after a charge of intent to distribute heroin. There is an outstanding warrant for the arrest of his girlfriend, Kaitlyn Rollins, 22, who is said to be on the run with him. Rollins is charged with failure to appear in court after a possession of heroin charge. Both fugitives are known to be drug users, and were last seen in and around Concord trying to stay with friends.
Carr is described as 5'5'' with brown hair, blues eyes and weighing 150 pounds. He has tattoos on his neck, both arms and hands, and his back.
Rollins is a blonde female with blue eyes, 5'02'' and weighing 100 pounds. She is tattooed on her neck, arms and back.
