US Attorney's Office establishs election hotline for voters to report potential fraud

CONCORD — The United States Attorney's Office in Concord is taking steps to protect the integrity of the election.

An election day hotline has been established which will be open all day on election day.

Anyone who suspects election fraud is asked to call (603) 230-2503 with information.

Reasons for calling include seeing anyone intimidating or bribing voters, buying or selling votes, altering tallies, or stuffing ballot boxes.

Other situations that should be reported are situations where voters are being interrupted or intimidated at the polls by people questioning, photographing, or videotaping them.

This interruption may occur under the pretext of trying to uncover illegal behavior.
