UPDATE: Stolen gun leads to Manchester SWAT call-out, 3 arrests

MANCHESTER - Police were seeking a stolen Glock 21 and the man who allegedly stole it when they sent a SWAT team to Goffe Street on Wednesday.

Police say they received information that the man wanted for the alleged theft, Daniel Pihl, 25, of Manchester was at the house at 63 Goffe Street and the homeower reportedly confirmed Pihl's presence in the house.

Police say they asked Pihl to exit the house several times before members of the Manchester SWAT team were called. Pihl came out just as the SWAT team arrived and was taken into custody without incident.

The gun, however, was not recovered and police arrested two other people who refused to leave the house: Dorbor Nyonee, 27, and Deng Lauly, 25, both of Manchester.

Both were charged with resisting arrest.

Pihl and Lauly were scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court on Thursday.

Nyonee was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 30.
