ROCHESTER – The 17-year-old girl found unresponsive in a room at the Riviera Motel has been identified as Evangelique Tarmey.
Emergency officials were called to the Riviera Motel Saturday morning just before 5 a.m.
Tarmey, who was with her mother and an adult male friend of her mother, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Tarmey was a student at Spaulding High School, where grief counselors are now meeting with students following her sudden death.
According to the Rochester police, an autopsy was conducted Saturday but a cause of death will not be determined until toxicology results come in.
