MANCHESTER - Police say it will be at least an hour before a body is removed from Prout Park.
According to police, there are "complications," with removing the body that they "can't really discuss right now."
Witnesses say they heard shots around 3 a.m., but police responded to a call around 6 in the morning, when a body was found. A white male has been pronounced dead, but has yet to be identified.
Neighbors say the park is not somewhere to be after dark. Since police have lessened bike and foot patrols in the area, neighbors say, drug and violent crimes have increased.
Neighbors say they miss their policemen and prayers are with the family of the victim.
