PLYMOUTH - Police continue to search for a missing Plymouth State student and released a more recent photo taken from a surveillance camera on Thursday just before he disappeared.
They are asking for help from the public to find 23-year-old Jake Nawn, who was last seen on Foster Street around 4 p.m. on Thursday. The photo was taken of Nawn at the Hannaford shortly before he disappeared.
Friends say they dropped him off at the Common Man Restaurant where he was supposed to meet his mother for dinner, but he never arrived inside. Police say there is a mental health concern in this case. Nawn is a student at Plymouth State University and lives off campus. Friends and family say they are worried about his well being.
He was last seen wearing grey pants, a green jacket and Nike sneakers. Anyone with information is asked to contact Plymouth police immediately at 536-1626.
