UPDATE: Police raid targets opioid sales in Manchester

MANCHESTER — An investigation into opioid sales at 135 Orange Street led to several people in handcuffs and drugs being found, police said.

Two search warrants were obtained for several apartments, Manchester Police Chief Nick Willard said.

About 20 people could be seen lined up outside of the apartment.

Officers were also aware that firearms were inside the building, Willard said.

Police called this a complicated bust in an area that has known drug activity.

At this time it is unclear how many arrests have been made. NH1 will provide more information as it comes in.
