ROCHESTER - A man turned himself in after a police investigation into the death of James Unfonak in a parking lot assault at Gary's Sports Bar in Rochester.
Eric Langlais, 41 of Barnstead, turned himself in to the Rochester police after they filed an arrest warrant in search of the suspect responsible for the assault incident.
Langlais has been charged with a Class B felony for riot, and a Class A felony for manslaughter and recklessly causing Unfonak's death.
Police arrested 2 women, Mandy Patch and Laurie Henner, for their involvement in the brawl earlier on Friday.
Langlais is being held on $25,000 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 16.
