UPDATE: Pets affected by grooming service fire transferred to Manchester Animal Shelter
MANCHESTER — Most of the pets from the pet sitting and grooming service that went up in flames Wednesday afternoon have been transferred to the Manchester Animal Shelter.
The animal shelter did not receive the pig or the birds. Three of the animals were sent to the emergency room and are still at the vets because of problems related to the fire.
Several of the animals belonged to other people and have already been picked up from the shelter. All owners have been notified.
The investigation remains ongoing. If you have any information please call Manchester police at (603) 668-8711.
