ALTON — The man who drowned in Gilman Pond on Wednesday has been identified.
Raymond Tam, 66 of Malden, Mass., fell overboard shortly before 11 a.m. and did not come back out of the water.
Divers recovered his body at about 6:05 p.m.
His friend, Mo Wong, 67, of Portsmouth, called in the accident.
