DOVER — A Farmington woman accused of hitting her 12-year-old son with a baseball bat was found not guilty.
Erica Hunt, 34, was charged with assault and witness tampering related to an incident in Middleton last year. She appeared in Stafford County Superior Court on Thursday.
After closing arguments, it took the jury just about an hour to determine that Hunt was innocent of the crimes she was charged with.
