BATH - The N.H. Attorney General's office has released the identity of the man who died in an officer-involved shooting Monday.

Hagen Esty-Lennon, 42, of Canterbury died as a result of a gunshot wound to his right shoulder.

Two Haverhill police officers saw Esty-Lennon walking on Route 302 Monday afternoon.

Esty-Lennon was holding a knife and bleeding from his chest.

The officers, equipped with body cameras, asked him to drop the knife.

Esty-Lennon refused and lunged toward the officers with the knife.
