MANCHESTER — A mother who is facing child endangerment charges failed to appear in court Wednesday for a bail hearing and arraignment.
Stephanie Camelo was arrested at the end of March for child endangerment, after her newborn daughter died in October 2015.
Camelo was released after a judge gave her a $2,000 bail amount.
An arrest warrant for Camelo has not yet been issued, and to date, no one has been charged for the newborn's death.
