UPDATE: Medical examiner says hiker found dead on trail in Randolph died of hypothermia

RANDOLPH - A New York man found dead on the Castle Ravine Trail died of hypothermia according to the Chief Medical Examiner.

The body of Timothy Hallock, of Orient, N.Y. was discovered by other hikers near the tree line on Sunday morning. Investigators made it to the scene later in the day and did not find any indication of foul play.

Hallock's body was brought down off the mountain early Monday and brought to the Medical Examiner's office to determine the cause of death.
