MANCHESTER - Clarke Street, West Clarke Street and a portion of Elm Street were closed Tuesday evening after a water main break caused severe flooding.
The flooding happened around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Debbie Ford lives where the water main break has occurred, where water is flooding roads and streets and surrounding homes.
"It went dwindling down till little to no pressure and I had a hard time rinsing the dishes the next thing I knew it was just down to a little dribble and almost nothing and we looked at each other and said call maintenance," said Ford.
