UPDATE: Manchester man ID'd after allegedly shooting arrows from apartment building
MANCHESTER – The man police say was shooting arrows out of an apartment building on Sunday night has been identified.
Police responded to a report of a man shooting a bow and arrow toward Bridge Street from the 11th floor of the Pariseau apartment building in Manchester at about 10:35 p.m. Sunday night.
The man was identified as 36-year-old Jay Bingel, who police say attempted to prevent them from entering the room he was allegedly shooting arrows from “by throwing multiple chairs toward the door.”
Ultimately, police were able to arrest Bingel, and he was charged with reckless conduct, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled drug. He appeared in court Monday.
