NASHUA — Police are conducting an investigation after the body of an adult man was found in the Salmon Brook water at Rotary Park off Main Street in Nashua Thursday afternoon.
Someone called 911 around 2 p.m. after they found the body near the Holocaust Memorial while playing Pokemon Go on their smartphone. Gamers tell NH1 News this area is a popular spot for the game, as it typically sends players to landmarks.
The body was removed from the scene around 4:45 p.m. An autopsy has been scheduled for Friday.
