UPDATE: Man involved in officer-involved shooting in Bath dies


BATH - The New Hampshire Attorney General's office says a 42 year-old man has died after Monday's officer-involved shooting in Bath.

The man's identity is being withheld pending notification of family members.

An autopsy is scheduled to be conducted today by the state medical examiner's office.

Investigators say the two police officers involved in the incident Monday were from the Haverhill Police Department.

The circumstances that led to the shooting have yet to be made clear.
