Gene Parker, 52 of Concord, was hit on I-393 between North Main Street and Commercial Street at about 6:30 p.m.

The driver, a 52-year-old woman, was not injured, and police said they will not release her name.

She fully cooperated with police, they said, and alcohol and drugs don't appear to be factors in the crash.
