LANCASTER - Two people are dead after a tent collapsed at the Lancaster Fairgrounds during a circus performance as severe weather moved through the area.
Authorities say that 22 people were transported to Weeks Medical Center.
16 of the 22 were then transported to other area hospitals.
The Walker Brothers Circus had two performances at the Lancaster Fairgrounds Monday evening.
There is no one trapped under the tent, all of the people have been removed from the site.
The Red Cross has responded.
The Red Cross checked in 27 people to the Rogers Campground and Motel. They are working with first responders to get water, food and hotel rooms for people affected.
We will have more information as it becomes available.
