UPDATE: Fugitive couple caught quickly in Concord, Loudon thanks to tips from public

CONCORD – A couple on the run together were caught just a day after the U.S. Marshal Service put out a request for the public’s assistance to find them.

Nikolas Carr, 21, and Kaitlyn Rollins, 22, were caught in separate places.

Rollins was found and arrested at a restaurant on Fisherville Road at 7 p.m. Thursday night by the Concord police.

She was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by Rockingham County for failure to appear on a heroin possession charge, as well as a Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office warrant issued for failure to appear on possession of opium or its derivative.

Carr - Rollins's boyfriend - was found and arrested at a friend's home in Loudon after an anonymous tip through Crimeline.

He was wanted by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a charge of possession with intent to distribute heroin.

“The law enforcement community is always grateful to have the support of the public,” a U.S. Marshals official said. “Arrests like these happen quickly because of the public’s assistance and the numerous high quality tips that they provide, for this we say a resounding 'Thank you!'.”
