A judge issued the warrant for the arrest of Maldonado, 23, on charges that he deliberately caused the death of Vazquez-Ojeda.

Maldonado is described as a Puerto Rican male, about 5-feet-7-inches tall, with short dark hair, facial hair, and brown eyes.

He may be armed with a gun, so law enforcement warns the public not to approach Maldonado, but to call police if he is seen.

Maldonado may have left the area, authorities told the Union Leader.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Manchester Police Department at 603-668-8711 or the Manchester Detective Division at 603-792-5500 or contact the Manchester Police Crimeline at 603-624-4040 and provide an anonymous tip.
