UPDATE: Father, 2 sons arrested after Nashua incident involving grease gun
NASHUA — George King, 50, was arrested for two counts of criminal threatening as well as resisting arrest or detention on Tuesday.
Shane King, 20, and Dylan King, 22, were also arrested for obstructing government administration. Shane was also charged for possession of a controlled drug.
Nashua police arrived on scene for a disturbance involving a firearm. A confrontation escalated between the victim and George where George threatened the victim while pointing a handgun at him. George was then hit on the head by the victim with a grease gun.
When officers arrived, George was kneeling and bleeding from his head with the grease gun on the ground next to him. Dylan was demanding that someone be arrested. While the officer was asking Dylan to stop yelling, George stood, picked up the grease gun, and went towards the officer.
When he did not put down the gun, the officer sprayed him with pepper spray and George went into his home. George was eventually taken into custody.
He was released on $300 cash bail and will be arraigned on August 8.
Shane and Dylan were released on $10,000 pending their arraignment on Aug. 3.
