ROCHESTER - Two of the three people charged in the overdose death of a Rochester teen were in court Friday morning.
Police are accusing Mark Ross of giving 17-year-old Eve Tarmey a fatal dose of the powerful opioid fentanyl. The Spaulding High student died last month in at room at the Riviera Motel.
Ross, who was in a relationship with Tarmey's mother Jazzmyn Rood, was arraigned in Rochester District Court on Friday along with Rood. A third person charged in the death, Leslie Aberlie, has waived extradition in Massachusetts and is expected to appear in court in New Hampshire next week.
