NORTHFIELD - A longtime employee at the Pines Community Center in Northfield is now facing charges of sexual assault.
73-year-old Robert Magoon is being held on $150,000 bail and is no longer listed as an employee at the recreation center that serves the towns of Tilton and Northfield.
The charges stem from a long investigation, and police said Magoon assaulted two girls at the recreation center over a period of time starting in August 2014.
Prosecutors say there are two victims - one is 8 years old and the other is 11. But investigators fear there could be more.
Magoon is being held at the Merrimack county jail on $150,000 bail, and he's expected back in court next Tuesday.
