PORTSMOUTH - Khalieyah Pitts, the 4-month-old baby that was missing yesterday, has been found unharmed and the mother is in custody.
Khalieyah was reported to be missing with her mother Tabitha Rantanen on Friday, Feb. 20 after emergency custody of the child was given to the Division for Children, Youth and Families on Feb. 13.

Police said Rantanen is in custody in Massachusetts as a fugitive from justice based on a felony charge of interference with custody initiated by the Portsmouth Police Department.
Rantanen will be arraigned in the Greenfield Massachusetts District court on Monday, Feb. 23.
