UPDATE: Armed man displays handgun, robs Triangle Credit Union in Manchester

MANCHESTER - Police are searching for a suspect who showed a large handgun and demanded money from the Triangle Credit Union at 257 Elm Street on Saturday morning.

Police say the suspect was wearing a mask when he asked the tell to hand over cash. The teller complied and the suspect ran out of the bank on foot. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the man.

He's described as a white male, roughly 5-foot-7- to 5-foot-10-inches tall with a medium build and dark, short hair. The robber was last seen wearing a bandana style mask and black sunglasses, blue jeans and a pullover fleece jacket.
