MANCHESTER - Police believe an unidentified man in a dark-colored Honda Accord began shooting from his car Tuesday on South Street.
A 30-year-old Manchester man barely avoided bullets while he was standing in the street.
Two vehicles, both belonging to South Street residents, were struck by several bullets and impounded by Manchester police.
Police believe this was not a random act of violence and they are following up on leads to identify the shooter.
