U.S. Marshals seek potentially armed man in connection with multiple bank robberies

A Vermont man, considered armed and dangerous, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals after allegedly robbing multiple banks in New Hampshire and Vermont.

They are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any tips.

Matthew Thomas Martin, 31, is wanted on multiple warrants in both states for armed robbery and is allegedly continuing to rob banks as a fugitive.

Martin was last known to be living in Springfield, Vt. where he has family and friends.

Martin is described as 5-foot, 6-inches tall and weighing about 125 pounds.

Anyone who sees Martin is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Forces in N.H., Vermont or Massachusetts and to not confront Martin as he may be armed.
