Two Nashua men arrested as suspects in August burglary
NASHUA - Two men have been charged in an August burglary at a south-end home where a flat screen television was stolen.
Police say their investigation into the theft led them to Shane Zimmerman, 31, of 108 Robinson Road, and Zenon Tomaszewski, 26, of 15 Conant Road as suspects in the burglary. The two men were known to the victim and had been in the house previously, police said.
Both men have been charged with felony burglary. Zimmerman was released on $10,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Dec. 9 in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.
Tomaszewski was held on $10,000 cash or surety bail and was due to be arraigned on Friday in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.
