Two men wanted in Rochester robbery, assault now under arrest

ROCHESTER - Two man wanted for robbery and assault are now in custody.

Jacob Barrett-Carr turned himself into police Saturday afternoon and was charged with two counts of robbery, first-degree assault, falsifying evidence and two counts of simple assault. Rian Luthor was arrested a short time later by Dover police and also charged with two counts of robbery, first-degree assault, falsifying evidence and two counts of simple assault.

Both men are being held on $50,000 cash bail until their arraignments Monday in Strafford County Superior Court.
