MANCHESTER - A traffic stop on Tuesday evening led to the arrest of two men on charges of possessing crack cocaine.
Brian Langlois, 43, and Antwone Francis, 25, both from Manchester, face charges of possessing a controlled drug. According to police, two officers stopped the car Langlois was driving after it passed through a stop sign at Central and Pine streets, heading toward Hayward Street.
Police say they say Francis, the passenger, make furtive gestures while looking back at the police car.
