Twice-convicted thief allegedly caught pilfering store in Nashua again

NASHUA - A twice-convicted thief was caught again Friday, allegedly pilfering items from CVS at 242 Main St.

Police charged Jason Noury, 40, of 87 Chestnut St., with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Police said Noury fled the store with several stolen items in his backpack and was located by police a short time later. Noury's criminal record showed two prior theft convictions, police said.

Noury faces seven years in prison. He is expected to be arraigned today.
