Tupac's H1 Hummer up for sale by NH auction house

AMHERST - A 1996 H1 Hummer purchased by rapper Tupac Shakur one month before he died is on the auction block and expected to fetch more than $100,000.

Amherst, N.H.-based RR Auction, which specializes in the sale of pop-cultural artifacts and ephemera, will host the online-only sale as part of its “Marvels of Modern Music” auction. It will be accepting Internet bids on the vehicle from May 12 to May 19.

According to RR Auction's website, the car is fully loaded with an odometer reading of 10,101 miles and comes with a registration listing Shakur as the owner. It includes the license plate "YAKNPAK" honoring the West Coast musician and late rapper Yaki "Prince" Kadafi.

Shakur was shot and killed in a driveby shooting at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Koval Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada.
